It was dated and needed some work. Good morning! Pierre Moran was really super-great to work with throughout the entire process. Prior to listing he provided valuable and honest feedback, some of which we didn’t want to hear……but we needed to and it helped to set very accurate expectations. Pierre also demonstrated that he was in this with us. On many occasions he not only advised us as to what could be done to improve “buyer appeal”, but he rolled up his own sleeves and helped us to get it done.
